For access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection or the withdrawal of a consent, please write to [email protected]. You can download your data and delete your account yourself at any time in the account settings on the website and in the app.

4. Reporting illegal content

Comments, voice messages or other content that you consider illegal can be reported directly via our report page. You can also reach our contact point for such notices at [email protected]. What is allowed on our platforms is set out in the terms of use.

5. Accessibility

If you come across a barrier on the website or in the app, please write to [email protected] — a short note about the page and the device you used already helps us a lot.

A message to [email protected] is enough as well; we treat accessibility feedback as a priority.
